Very first and foremost we want to say we are sorry! We know that a lot of you have been waiting more than 20 business days (about a month) for your beloved shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie/belovesie, and trust me when I say that it keeps us up at night worrying about you.
If you didn't already know, our heat press broke! Instead of creating beautiful beloved masterpieces, it was melting the shirts, leaving crazy burn marks all over them, and ruining everything that went into it. We were horrified. As a very young business, you can understand what kind of situation that put us in. We have been scrambling ever since, trying to get all of the orders transferred over to our overseas manufacturer and it has been a bit of a nightmare. Forget about the costs of replacing the heat press and the number of cancelled orders because of it, we were most worried about you! The loyal, beloved customers. We know the feeling of walking around town in a fresh beloved design, and we were so sad that you weren't able to experience that feeling yet.
So, along with a very big sorry, we want to say an even bigger THANK YOU. Thank you for giving us a chance to bring you some of the very coolest items of clothing we've ever seen. Thank you for supporting a small little company from Provo, Utah. Thank you for giving artists like Mitch Chadban, James Marsh, Alexandgold, Barrett Colvin, Michelle Sutterfield, and Marcus Hadlock the chance for their work to be seen ALL OVER THE WORLD. We still can't get over that fact, you all are incredible, so thank you very much. We love you.
But what are we going to do about these problems?
Two huge things:
1. We are currently looking for a new heat press so that we can resume printing here in the US
2. We are also sourcing other factories so that we will eventually be able to bring the turn around time down, meaning that you get your gear quicker.
